There are 2 phases of the session.

1. Productive Phase

   → When you join a new company, don’t say on the very 1st day this approach is not scalable we have to change it and build it from scratch.

   → Over Enthusiasm leads to trouble.

   → First Understand teammates, culture, and legacy because it gives you a better understanding of the work environment.

   → Communicate as much as you can. Ask for follow-ups it increases your confidence and credibility.

2. Technical Phase

     A strategic approach to transitioning systems, bit by bit, instead of taking a risky all-or-nothing leap.

       → Integrate components from native platforms (Android, iOS, web) seamlessly within Flutter UI, creating a cohesive and harmonious experience.
